LibFoundation is a library that provides an almost complete implementation of the OpenStep specification plus many other extensions that can be found in the Apple's MacOS X Foundation library.
This package contains tools shipped with libFoundation. Presently the only tool is the "Defaults" program, used to read and store values in libFoundation's configuration databases.
