This is a simple Perl based HTML preprocessor which can be used to generate HTML pages from text input files. The input files may contain special markup which allows for links, tables of contents, etc to be generated with ease.
It's purpose is to simplify the work of writing and packaging large numbers of HTML documents, acting like a compiler: you provide input source text and htmlpp produces the HTML documents from that.
