GNOME applet for uim

uim is a input method module library supporting various languages, which become a frontend for Anthy, SKK, Canna, T-Code, TUT-Code, Pinyin(Chinese input method), Hangul(Korean input method), IPA(International Phonetic Alphabet) and etc....
