The ViewVC (formerly ViewCVS) software was inspired by cvsweb (by Henner Zeller). ViewVC can browse directories, commit logs, and specific revisions of files. It can display diffs between versions and show selections of files based on tags or branches.
This package includes query.cgi, an utility to query a separate CVS commit database. You can search for multiple matches by typing comma-seperated lists into the text fields. Regular expressions, and wildcards are also supported.
It needs a standalone MySQL server.
